90+ degree Seattle Friday? A perfect day for dim sum! Walked in a little after noon today and there was no wait. We were seated almost immediately and got to ordering on our table's tablet. I love that you can order right from the tablet - there are photos and item descriptions and you don't need to wait for the staff. There's also a button to request water or request a staff member if you have additional questions. We only got a few things - shrimp and chive steamed dumplings, chicken feet, shao mai, and df shrimp bean curd rolls. Overall super tasty food and quick service. Will definitely be back again!

Good diversity of dishes! Service is efficient, and as can be expected from a dim sum place the ambiance is quite a lively experience. Gai lan- steamed plate, has quite a bit, cooked pretty well. Egg tart- light and flaky, a bit oily. Custard is very soft. Mochi Liu Sa Bao- nice crispy outer layer, purple mochi and lots of egg inside. It's actually really well done, and best eaten when hot- stays pretty toasty since it is enclosed. Make sure to save lots of room for this one- it's mochi and very filling. Radish cake- classic. Sticky rice- lots of large chunky cuts of meat inside. Might try the rolled noodles instead next time.

We came here as a party of four on Saturday, and waited about 20 minutes for a table. We enjoyed our time here-it was comfortable and our dishes were excellent. We wish we could make reservations and also provide black vinegar bottles for their tables!

Triumph Valley is my new favorite dim-sum place. I am VERY impressed with the food and options the offer. I love shrimp everything so I ordered every dumpling with shrimp in it. TV does not disappoint. The dumpling dough is super thin and translucent. The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful. The Hong Kong style duck was FANTASTIC! Hands down my favorite duck ever. The service quick and prompt. I love this place. I'll be back again and again!
